What is your idea for Ystradgynlais?
With the bank closing in September, the older generation will need digital literacy classes if they're expected to do all their banking online from now on. I frequently hear the bank staff explaining to elderly customers how to do something on their bank app. If the Lloyds staff aren't there then they won't be getting any guidance on how to manage their finances.
